About me

I hold a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science's European Institute. After two years as post-doctoral fellow in the LSE's Government Department, I joined the Freie Universität Berlin in 2016 - first as a post-doctoral fellow, and then as a Senior Researcher while living in South Africa. In 2022, I joined the Institute of Public Administration at Leiden University as Assistant Professor.

Prior to my PhD, I studied at Maastricht University, Sciences Po Paris, and the London School of Economics and Political Science.
